His success as a person and hero all goes back to his family because they are the ones who supported him on his goals and ambitions. Before Rizal died, he entrusted his works to his sister Trinidad and all of Rizal's accomplishment were made possible with the help of his family. They supported him through influencing him on his studies, arts, and crafts. All the ideas then established Rizal's values in life and his education made him great which made him a great hero who fought and died for his country. Not yielding to the corruption and injustice by those who are in power. All of these took part in raising Rizal and all of it became the reason why Rizal grew up as a mighty and courageous Filipino who fought the Spaniards with use of his pen.

The people who took charge in teaching, implementation of the rules and regulations and the monitoring of students were assigned to the missionaries during that time. The teachings of the Catholic religion were emphasized to the levels of education in the schools owned by the friars. In the primary level, they were taught of the Christian Doctrines, how to read Spanish books and a little of the native’s language. In the universities, Science and Mathematics were not vey much introduced to the students. Instead of Spanish, students were taught how to speak and understand Latin.

In June Rizal decides to switch gears in his educational pursuits and transfers into the medical courses at St. Tomas University. During this time he also writes an additional two poems that win him further recognition.

In his early childhood, Jose Rizal had perfected the alphabet at the age of 3 andcould read and write at age 5. In my early childhood, I learnt the alphabet at 4 and at theage of 5 I learnt to write and read. At a young age, Jose Rizal had always shown atendency towards the arts. His family was fascinated by his pencil paintings, sketches,and clay moldings. Later  in his  youth,  he displayed a special talent  in  painting  and drawing,  wrote a Tagalog  play,   which   was   presented   at  the   Calamba   Festival,   andpenned a short Spanish play, which was presented at the school.
